Twice a year, one of our skilled technicians will come to your home and perform a thorough check of your HVAC system. We’ll check to make sure everything is in good repair and ensures your system is ready for the demands of the coming season.


If your system breaks down during the season of your maintenance we will waive the diagnostic fee for the service call.

Before the cold weather starts one of our heating technicians will come to your house to perform maintenance and safety checks to your furnace and heating system.

Common HEATING Maintenance Issues Addressed
  • Check thermostat calibration
  • Clean and adjust all safety controls
  • Vacuum clean burners and controls if necessary
  • Test ignition components
  • Adjust burner for efficiency
  • Check for gas leak in the furnace
  • Check and lubricate all moving parts when applicable
  • Check belt and adjust tension when applicable
  • Check flue pipe
  • Check all circuit boards and electronics

  • Check air temperature drop across evaporator

  • Check and lubricate all moving parts when applicable
