Mike Hlavay is our President here at Sierra Valley. He started this company in 2003 after being in the HVAC trade for 10 years. Mike has committed his company and its employees to being experts in the field and building a company everyone can trust. In the rare moments when he is not working Mike enjoys spending time with his family and is a huge supporter of the 4H youth in his community.
Matt Juvet is our Field Operations Manager. He is in charge of making sure our crews are running in tip-top shape and tackles our most difficult service calls. Matt has been a part of the Sierra Valley family for over 15 years! Sierra Valley is lucky to have him as part of our team, he is one of the best in the business. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son’s sports teams, snowboarding, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Brianna Gregory is our Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. Along with those titles she is also our fleet manager, HR department, dispatcher and office admin. She wears many hats! Brianna started working here full time in 2017 but has been running around our office since the businesses inception coming to work with her dad and Sierra Valley's president, Mike. Outside of work Brianna is a 4H leader, breeds show sheep with her younger sister and enjoys playing with her 2 dachshund puppies.
Jim Mullaney is our Residential Comfort Advisor and estimator. Jim is working hard to provide honest and straight forward estimates to all of our customers. Jim has been a part of the Sierra Valley Family for 12 years! Outside of work he enjoys rescuing, restoring and riding bicycles.
Kaylie Amidon is our accountant and bookkeeper. She has an important role here and we aren’t sure what we would do without her. Kaylie is a new addition to the Sierra Valley team but we are so excited for her future here! Outside of work Kaylie enjoys camping, playing with puppies and is a Starbucks regular.
Suzy Chiodo is Sierra Valley’s office manager. She is the warm hello you hear when you call our office. Suzy is in charge of making sure everything flows efficiently and customers have what they need. Suzy has been a part of the Sierra Valley family for over 14 years! Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking road trips and going to rock shows.
Bobby Aiesi is our senior service technician. When Bobby isn't working hard to keep our customers comfortable he enjoys riding his motor cycle with his wife and participating in fishing tournaments. Before Bobby was a service technician with us he was a part of our install crew and has been with Sierra Valley for over 3 years!
